FAQ

1. How do I register an account on your website?

To take full advantage of our service, you need to register.

To do this, you must provide a valid personal email address. Only one account can be linked to a single email address. Please review our service terms and conditions before registering.

On the homepage of our website, click the “Register” button. On the page that opens, enter your username, email address, create a password, and click “Register.”

An email containing an account activation code has been sent to your inbox. Open the email, copy the code, and enter it in the corresponding field on the website. That’s it—your account is activated.

2. Is registration required to make an exchange?
Registration is not required to make an exchange.
3. What are your fees?
Our service fees are already included in the exchange rate and are displayed during the application process, including the payment systеm transfer fee.
4. The chat on the website isn't working for me. How can I contact you?
If the online chat on the website isn’t loading, you can contact us on Telegram @storebucksexchange or by email at [email protected].
5. How do I make an exchange on the StoreBucks service?

All transactions at the StoreBucks exchange are conducted in semi-automatic mode under the supervision of operators.

sеlect the exchange direction in the “Send” and “Receive” columns.

Fill in all fields and click the “Continue” button.

Verify that your details are correct and click the “Proceed to Payment” button if you are selling cryptocurrency. If the transaction involves sending fiat funds, please contact us via chat to receive the payment details. In your payment systеm, verify that the StoreBucks details and the transfer comment (if required) are correct.

You must complete the payment within 15 minutes of receiving the payment details. A message regarding the status of your request will also be sent to your contact email. If the request involves sending fiat funds, click the “I’ve paid” button after payment; if you’re sending cryptocurrency, the request status will change automatically. If for any reason you were unable to make the payment within the specified time frame, please contact an operator to resolve the issue.

After a successful exchange, please share your feedback about the StoreBucks service.

6. What does the ‘Removed Request’ status mean?
The “Removed Request” status appears when the request timer has expired; the default time is 60 minutes. If you have made a payment but forgot to click the “I’ve paid” button, please describe the issue in the support chat. If you encountered difficulties sending cryptocurrency, you need to wait for the required number of network confirmations. The status of your request will change, and the request will be queued for payment.
7. What should I do if I need to change my payment details, or if they are incorrect?
If you need to updаte your payment details or we were unable to process your payment, please send your new details from the email address used to create the request to our support email at [email protected]. Sample email:

Please updаte the payment details in request (request number).

Please provide the details from the request (old ones).

Please provide the new details to which you would like to receive the payment.

8. What should I do if I selected the wrong network or sent the wrong currency?
To resolve this issue, you must provide the application number and the transaction hash to the support chat. Warning! If you send the wrong coin or a coin via the wrong network, you risk losing your funds permanently.
9. When can I expect my payment?
For fiat payments, the processing time averages between 10 and 90 minutes. When sending cryptocurrency, we wait for the transaction to receive the required number of network confirmations, and as soon as the funds are received, the request is queued for payment. Payout time takes an average of 5 to 30 minutes.
10. Why is verification required?
Our service has a rule that exchanges must be conducted by the account holders (bank card owners) themselves. To comply with this rule, we require verification, which is designed to ensure the security of cryptocurrency exchanges (purchases). After passing verification and making the payment, you must provide a receipt in PDF format.
11. How many cryptocurrencies do you support?
Currently, over 60 cryptocurrencies are available to customers, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, XRP, and others. We add new coins every week.
12. What is a transaction hash?
A transaction hash (or TXID) is a unique digital identifier assigned to every cryptocurrency transaction on the blockchain.

A TXID allows you to:

– Confirm that funds have been sent

– Track the status of the transfer on the blockchain

– Verify the date, amount, and recipient address

13. What is a Destination Tag (Memo, Payment ID, Message)?
A Destination Tag (also known as a Memo, Message, or ID) is a special code that must be included when sending certain cryptocurrencies, such as:

XRP (Ripple), USDT TON, TON, XLM (Stellar), EOS, BNB (to exchange addresses)

This code allows the systеm to determine exactly who to credit the transfer to, especially if the wallet is shared (e.g., on an exchange or exchange service).

If you do not specify a tag, funds may not be credited automatically or may even be lost. Always carefully check whether a tag is required when sending funds, and enter it exactly as specified, without errors.
